Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is an FPS created by Sledgehammer Games - alongside other studios responsible for the series (Treyarch, Raven Software, Infinity Ward, Beenox, etc.) - and published by Activision Blizzard. The game is a sequel of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II from 2022 and a reboot of CoD: Modern Warfare 3 from 2011.
Just like other installments of this popular series, Modern Warfare III features a singleplayer story campaign - different from the one in the original game, continuing the tale of Task Force 141 - as well as a plethora of multiplayer modes and the fan-favorite zombie mode. The game also introduces new maps to the free-to-play game Call of Duty: Warzone 2, with which it is integrated.
Modern Warfare III runs on the same engine as CoD: MW, CoD: MWII and Warzone 2.0. It features high-quality visuals and effects such as ray tracing. The surround sound is based on the Dolby Atmos system.
