Ninja Gaiden 2 is the next installment of a popular series of action games, which was initiated at the end of the eighties by Tecmo. The product in question is a direct continuation of the programme issued in 2004 for the Xbox. As before, Team Ninja studio is responsible for its creation.

Action 01 November 2011

An improved edition of the 2010's GoldenEye 007 - the remake of the classic first-person shooter for Nintendo 64. The player assumes the role of James Bond, the legendary MI6 agent, who travels around the world in search of the eponymous Golden Eye, a mysterious Russian satellite weapon of immense firepower. Although the game is based on the 1995's film, the player will visit locations which were not present in the movie.

Football simulator from the FIFA Street series, in which we play matches in big cities. The authors have put at the player's disposal 35 different locations in which the meetings take place. In addition, they used a new graphics engine for an incredible skirmish experience and included the Football Club system.

A third-person action game starring Marvel's most popular super hero, released in about the same time as Mark Webb's The Amazing Spider-Man movie. The game was developed by Beenox, the studio that, with a slightly different line-up, created Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions and Spider-Man: The Edge of Time. The events presented in the game take place after the ending of the movie and tell a completely separate story.

RPG 05 March 2013

The last package of story content for an action RPG released in March 2012 by BioWare. It is a way of saying farewell to the crew of Normandy. Mass Effect 3: Citadel takes you back to the most important location in the Mass Effect universe – the eponymous Citadel. Commander Shepard and his/her team become target of a cunning plot and they must detect and neutralize enemy agents.

The fourth installment in a series of popular action games. Saints Row IV was developed by Volition, initially cooperating with THQ, later, with Deep Silver. When it comes to the plot, it is a sequel to Saints Row: The Third. An alien invader called Zinyak wishes to take control over the Earth's women and resources. Execution of these plans can be prevented only by the members of the Third Street Saints gang.

A third-person action game with elements of 3D platformer and adventure game, designed by American McGee and his Spice Horse studio. Similarly to the previous work of that developer, i.e. American McGee’s Alice, also this game is a reinterpretation of a novel by Lewis Carroll. After ten years of dealing with catatonic schizophrenia caused by the tragic death of her parents, the eponymous heroine has a chance of getting back to a normal life.

A sequel to 2009's Need for Speed: Shift, the more realistic spin-off of the arcade racing series. Both games were developed by Slightly Mad Studios. Shift 2: Unleashed brings few changes to the gameplay mechanics of its predecessor. The game utilizes the same driving physics, combining simulation elements with the simplicity of arcade racing. The highly-praised driver seat view is back, allowing the players to experience collisions or shaking to their fullest.

Sam & Max: Season 1 is the first of the episodic adventures of the title characters. Crazy policemen are entangled in a series of unusual intrigues, and the player is supposed to help them solve criminal riddles. Developers from Telltale Games studio took care of cartoon visual setting and humorous plot of the game.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is another action adventure game about the adventures of Ninja Turtles Warriors. This time it was decided to create a product on the canvas of a full-length film, made entirely with the use of computer graphics. Of course, we see Leonard, Donatell, Raphael and Michelangel in the leading roles, both in the cinema hits and in the game.

The tenth installment in the bestselling racing game series originally launched back in 1995. The game lets you play as the main protagonist of the previous game. He returns to his home city only to find his domestic street racing scene taken over by rivaling gangs. As you take on new racing challenges, you take back your home town one district at a time. The game’s mechanics employ the well-proven solutions introduced by its predecessors, while introducing several new elements at the same time.

Aliens: Colonial Marines is a first-person shooter based on the Alien franchise and developed by Gearbox Software. The game's story focuses on finding Ellen Ripley. Our protagonist, Christopher Winter, Colonial Marines corporal, is a member of the rescue mission that, as a result of a disaster, lands on the xenomorph-infected planet LV-426. The eleven-mission campaign can be played alone or in co-op with other players.

The third installment in the series of adventures of the eponymous friendly hero. Released for PC Windows and consoles, the game is an action platformer. Rayman and his friends, Globox and Murfy, have to face the army of Hoodlums. As you play, you explore new, colorful locations, from beautiful, magical places to ruined areas inhabited by hostile creatures. Visually, the game looks better than the second installment — the textures and animations have been improved.

A science-fiction first-person shooter developed by City Interactive, a studio from Bydgoszcz, Poland. The production draws inspiration from the FPS classics such as Unreal and Quake. In the distant future, humanity and a technologically advance alien race fight for an invaluable mineral—Promethium. When the aliens conquer the asteroid Deimos 875, which is rich in this raw material's deposits, an elite soldier is sent in.

A sports game accompanying the thirtieth edition of Summer Olympics, taking place in London. The players are given a number of Olympic disciplines. Thus we can take part in track events, shot-put, long jump, cycling or even Olympic shooting. The point of the gameplay is of course to be victorious in every discipline. London 2012: The Official Video Game of the Olympics Games was adapted to accommodate a larger audience, so the controls are very simple and intuitive.

Post-apocalyptic survival horror developed by Intoxicate studio, a part of Nicolas Games concern. The game takes place in an alternative reality of 2035, in a world devastated by World War III and the explosion of a powerful hydrogen bomb. The protagonist is psychiatrist Albert Tokaj, who lives in one of the closed underground shelters.

Arcade canceled

An adventure-platformer featuring puzzle elements. It was developed by the Finnish Frozenbyte studio, known for Shadowgrounds - a series of isometric shooters. The story is set in a colorful fantasy world, where the player gets to lead a team of three characters: a wizard, a knight and a thief. Using a mysterious device called Trine, they must save the kingdom from the undead. The gameplay mechanics were inspired by classic platformers.

An online multiplayer FPS game focused on the co-op aspect, developed by EA DICE, and created only for digital release (and as extra content for the console editions of Battlefield: Bad Company 2). Similarly to the first installment in the cult series, Battlefield 1942, the game takes place during World War Two, although it's focused on the Pacific region only.

The sequel of the well-received racing game entitled Colin McRae: DiRT that set a completely new direction for the racing game series by Codemasters, labeled with the name of the tragically deceased Scottish racing driver. DiRT 2 focuses on dynamic off-road tournaments in which we can sit behind the wheel of several licensed cars. The new career mode was designed similarly to that of GRID — while traveling around the world, we take part in races and gradually build our reputation.

Game was created by Shaba Games studio in cooperation with Treyarch team, known mainly from Call of Duty series. The action takes place on the streets of New York, where as a result of a dangerous virus, the inhabitants were infected with a mysterious substance and a whole menagerie of dangerous mutants came into the world.

A simple sniping mini-game advertising Hitman: Absolution, the fifth installment in the popular game series about the mysterious assassin known as Agent 47. The program was distributed digitally as a pre-order bonus. Hitman: Sniper Challenge consists of a single mission. Your target is Richard Strong, the head of a large weapon manufacturing company. As you play, you cannot move around – the character remains in a static position on the rooftop of a nearby building.
